"Received a phone call 3 days prior to my stay saying my “pay at the hotel” reservation now needed to be paid in full within 24 hours or it would be cancelled. When I called back no one answered…repeatedly. Finally got someone to answer after 3 hours of phone calls. Arriving at the hotel we were given no direction as to where to park just “your room is that way.” That way was the back of the building and driving to the back would have been more convenient. The room had stained carpet and towels and a hint of pot smell. Breakfast was chicken nuggets and weird egg disks. Oh, and the random people in the parking lot getting high and playing slot machines in the breakfast area. Bed was comfortable, but not enough to make me return. If you are looking for the pool….its broken."

"The pool was closed when we were there. It was University of Illinois graduation weekend so they gouged us very deeply essentially four or 5X the normal room rate. That's why the value wasn't there Otherwise, it was reasonable for a mid tier hotel"

"6th floor ice make was down. No sign posted to notify customers. Room 616 bath faucet was completely loose. Property maintenance needs improvement."
